Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-01-01

We want every learner to feel confident in their purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you're unhappy with your subscription within 7 days of purchase AND you have attempted no more than 50 questions, you can request a full refund. After either of those thresholds, we consider the subscription "used" and refunds become discretionary.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, our card processor. You don't need to provide any account or card details — Stripe routes the refund back to the card you paid with automatically.

  • Approved refunds are submitted to Stripe within 2 business days of approval.
  • Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency (USD) for the full eligible amount.
  • We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all card details securely.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
  • You've attempted more than 50 questions during the subscription.
  • You violated our Terms of Service (account terminated for cause).
  • The subscription was previously refunded.
  • You shared your account credentials.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact us via the support page with your registered email and the date of your payment.
  2. Briefly describe the reason (helps us improve).
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with approval or follow-up questions.
  4. Once approved, the refund is sent back to your original card via Stripe — no further action needed.

Subscription cancellation vs. refund

Our subscriptions are non-recurring — they expire at the end of the purchased duration. There's no separate "cancellation" flow needed. If you're past the refund window, you can simply not renew.

Discretionary refunds

Outside the standard policy, we may issue partial refunds in cases of platform outage, major content quality issues, or other extenuating circumstances. Reach out and we'll review your case.
